Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations made prior to the point of commencement of work on your website will be granted a full refund. Any cancellation made after this point will incur costs determined by the amount of work undertaken on your project.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
We will use any artwork you supply for the sole purpose of creating your website. The copyright for your artwork will remain yours and will never be distributed by us for any other purpose.
Copyright
Copyright of all works produced by Virtually Webbed remain with Virtually Webbed and no changes to any pages, content, layout, design, images or any item on our work may be reused or altered in any way except where this is agreed between Virtually Webbed and the client. Virtually Webbed release work for use on the client's website only, it may not be reproduced in any other form or any other platform.
Disclaimer
Virtually Webbed retains the right not to be involved with or to host sites it considers to be distasteful.
Virtually Webbed builds websites that are compatible with the latest browser versions. The client accepts that there may be minor inconsistencies between different browsers. Older browsers are not specifically supported but useability should gracefully degrade.
You may supply artwork for your website or we can purchase stock images for the site on your behalf. Any such purchase will be added to your account for payment.
It is the responsibility of the client to supply all text content and to ensure its factual correctness. Content will be used as supplied unless Virtually Webbed's copy editing services have been employed.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all material supplied to Virtually Webbed has the correct copyrights and permissions. You should be the author of all files you submit. You must have a valid model release for each person represented in your files. You should not submit images representing buildings, trademarks or places protected by an intellectual property rights. Virtually Webbed is not liable or responsibile for any resultant action where material has been provided by the client unlawfully.
All information displayed, transmitted or carried on the Virtually Webbed website (including, but not limited to, directories, guides, news articles, opinions, reviews, text, photographs, images, illustrations, profiles, audio clips, video clips, trademarks, service marks and the like, collectively the "Content") is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. By accessing Virtually Webbed's site, a user agrees not to modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative work from, distribute, repost, perform, display or in any way commercially exploit any of the Content. You agree to abide by all copyright notices and restrictions attached to any content accessed through the Virtually Webbed website, not to alter the content in any way.
